Tanjung Aan beach with its crystallized blue water is a beautiful place for swimming and sunbathing. Rambitan Traditional Sasak village is also very interesting to visit. See how simple the villagers store the yields in rice storage locally known as Lumbung.
Gili Trawangan of the north western coast of Lombok is world-widely famous as a marine activities destination. You will explore it on day 2 of your holiday in Lombok. Narmada Royal summer palace is one of several Lombok cultural heritage sites.
It is well known as the replica form of Rinjani volcano. After 2 days exploring beaches and culture, furthermore you will enjoy a spectacular hike in the rain forest to discover Benang Stokel and Benang Kelambu waterfall.
Holiday in Lombok Itinerary :
Day 1. Arrival – Kuta Tour (L)
Greet and meeting service at Lombok International Airport by our guide, then we set out on our Holiday in Lombok with a visit to Rambitan traditional Sasak village to discover the daily life of Lombok native people so called Sasak. Afterwards, proceed to Kuta and Tanjung Aan turquoise white sandy beaches. These two beaches are wonderful places for swimming.
Your lunch will be served at a nice local restaurant close to the beach. Furthermore, we drive down to Sukarara weaving village to watch Lombok women weave a traditional cloth known as SONGKET using a very simple hand loom.
After that we continue driving to Banyumulek pottery village to explore the villagers producing Lombok pottery from mud. In the afternoon we prepare to check in at the Senggigi area hotel.
Day 2. Full day Gili Trawangan Tour (B,L)
Breakfast at the hotel, then start the tour with a visit to Kekait traditional market and Sidemen palm sugar village. Afterwards we proceed our holiday in Lombok to Pusuk Monkey forest. From this place you can view the beautiful scenery of rice fields near Bangsal harbor.
Furthermore, we ride the boat to Gili Trawangan to enjoy the underwater view of the fantastic beach. In the afternoon we return to the hotel through Malimbu hill from where we can see the breathtaking panorama of Gili Air, Meno, and Gili Trawangan. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.
Day 3. Benang Stokel waterfall tour (B,L)
After having breakfast at the hotel, drive down to Central Lombok to see the green nature in Aik Berik village. In this village we can enjoy the fresh air of rain forest and a nice view of the rice terrace with local community activities working their farmland.
If we are lucky we will see the people riding a ploughshare pulled by cows. Afterwards, we proceed to the tour to Pemotoh village, the starting point of a spectacular trek to Benang Stokel waterfall. Furthermore, we go on walking through the rain forest to Benang kelambu waterfall.
Lunch will be provided at a local restaurant. On the way back to the hotel we will stop at Narmada summer palace, the replica form of Rinjani volcano; and Lingsar Temple, a unique temple where Hindus and Muslim Wektu Telu worship together.
Day 4. Departure (B)
Breakfast at a hotel. The day is free at leisure while waiting for airport transfer to onward the trip to the next destination.
