Spectacular Orangutan Trip 04D/03N

D1. Pangkalan Bun Airport – Bakonsu Village (B,L,D)

This Spectacular Orangutan trip starts from the airport with a car drive to Lamandau River through Pangkalan Bun city. Furthermore, We take an adventure boat trip to Dayak village called Bakonsu. We will spend about 4-5 hours on the river. On the way up we will pass the rapids especially during the dry season. We arrive at Bokansu village in the Afternoon. Afterwards, we enjoy sightseeing around the longhouse or village to see Sandung or Pantar that they use to put their ancestor bound after Tewah ceremony. In addition, at night you are entertained with a HORNBILL DANCE welcome dance. Moreover, you may take a part in the dance. We serve you dinner and stay overnight at the longhouse.

D2. Bakonsu – Bukit Batu Bertongkat – Tapin Bini (B,L,D)

After having breakfast we set out on Borneo sightseeing tour around the village. Furthermore, we enjoy an amazing boat ride to Bukit Batu Betongkat for a spectacular trekking. Lunch will be served en route by our cook. In the afternoon we go back to the boat to continue the Orangutan trip to Tapin Bini, another village where we see the long houses and traditional culture. Dinner and stay overnight at Local House.

D3. Tapin Bini – Pangkalan Bun – Hotel (B,L,D)

We have breakfast at a local house. After that we ride the boat back to Pangkalan Bun. Then we check in at Hotel. We will provide you with lunch at Hotel. In the Afternoon we take a Borneo tour around the town and Mendawai Village near Arut River. Afterwards we return to the hotel. You might enjoy your night and dinner at Hotel.
